Chris Gayle is one of only four players - Sir Don Bradman, Brian Lara and Virender Sehwag are the others - to have scored two Test match triple-centuries.
In this video, he talks to Cricket World TV about what is involved in building such an innings, both physically and mentally, having hit 317 against South Africa and then 333 against Sri Lanka most recently.
Gayle was talking at the launch of the Chris Gayle Academy in London. The sporting development programme aims to unlock the potential of young people, using cricket to enable them to become role models in their communities.
The academy in London will work hand in hand with the academy in Jamaica, which is due to start in 2014.
The programme will be delivered by coaches from Cricket for Change, it is funded by Comic Relief and is promoted by the Chris Gayle Foundation.
