Watch as England batsman Eoin Morgan says that the quality of players coming through the county system bodes well for English cricket.
After first playing for Ireland, Morgan took a slightly different route but is pleased that county cricket, and the England Lions structure is producing quality cricketers.
Gary Ballance, Ben Stokes and Boyd Rankin will tour Australia for this winter's Ashes having performed for Yorkshire, Durham and Warwickshire respectively as well as then going on to play for the Lions.
Morgan, who captained England this summer in Twenty20 International cricket but has dropped down the pecking order in Test matches, was talking to us at the NatWest OSCAs ceremony at Lord's.
Morgan has played 16 Tests, 84 One-Day Internationals and 38 Twenty20 Internationals for England as well as 23 ODIs for Ireland.
