Sachin Tendulkar scored his 18,000th One-Day International run as India reached the semi-finals of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 with an impressive five-wicket win over reigning champions Australia in Ahmedabad.
Despite the best efforts of Ricky Ponting, who scored a century, Australia lost their second match of the tournament, all of which means there will be a new World Cup champion later this year.
Yuvraj Singh was also in fine form, scoring another half-century and taking two wickets.
