Cricket Ireland have announced a date change ahead of their two-match One-Day International series against Pakistan later this year.

The two matches, both held at Stormont, will now be held on 28th and 30th May after flight connection issues arose.

The two sides will meet for the first time in an ODI since the World Cup 2007 encounter, in which Ireland famously in Jamaica.

Pakistan subsequently exited the World Cup at the group stage while Ireland progressed to the Super Eights.

The two sides did meet in the 2009 ICC World Twenty20 competition, where Pakistan won by 39 runs at The Oval. make Pakistan 15/2 chances to win the 2012 ICC World Twenty20, to be held in Sri Lanka.
