Durham pace bowlers Mark Davies and Liam Plunkett have both been named in a 12-man squad as Durham prepare to host Worcestershire in the LV County Championship at The Riverside.

The match begins on 30th June and Durham will be delighted to welcome back Davies and Plunkett because Steve Harmison and Graham Onions are involved in England's preparations for the Ashes this week.

Davies took a wicket with his first ball when he played for the second team last week while Plunkett has recovered from a groin injury.

Also in the squad is Kyle Coetzer, who could replace Mark Stoneman, who has a thigh strain.

Worcestershire will miss Vikram Solanki, Stephen Moore and Steven Davies who are also on duty with the England Lions.
