Pakistan defeated England by 79 runs in the first official One-Day International between their respective Physical Disability sides.
The floodlit match was held at the Global Cricket Academy in Dubai, where two Twenty20s - both won by Pakistan - were also held - and after Pakistan scored 285 for five, England closed on 206 for six.
Pakistan's innings was built on 136 from vice-captain Hasnain Alam and 113 not out from Matloob Qureshi. Alam faced just 104 balls and Qureshi 110 as Pakistan piled on the runs.
Callum Flynn top scored for England with 32 as they fell well short despite a 72-run stand for the first wicket between Flynn and Gordon Laidlaw.
The two final games in the series are on Friday 17th and Sunday 19th February.
