The second Twenty20 International between England Women and South Africa Women was abandoned due to rain.

South Africa made 110 for eight from their 20 overs as Laura Marsh took three for 19 while England reached 15 without loss in 2.2 overthe weather prevented any further play.

England won the opening match by 7 wickets and the final match is scheduled for 30th October.

England also won the three-match One-Day International series between the two sides 3-0.

England Women completed an unbeaten tour of South Africa with a seven-wicket victory in the third and final Twenty20 International in Potchrfstroom. After the second game in the three-match series was washed out, they added a 2-0 series win to a 3-0 One-Day International series win earlier this month.

Despite Alison Hodgkinson hitting 51 as the hosts scored 128 for six, England reached their target with something to spare, a half-century from Sarah Taylor setting them on course to clinch the win with 17 balls remaining.
Heather Knight took a brace of wickets and then scored an unbeaten half-century as England Women beat South Africa Women by five wickets to complete a 3-0 One-Day International series clean sweep. Knight returned figures of two for 15 and Arran Brindle two for 20 as South Africa Women were held to 181 for nine before Knight and Lydia Greenway passed 50 as England reached their target with seven overs to spare.
Charlotte Edwards scored her fifth One-Day International century to set up a 96-run win for England Women in the second game against South Africa Women in Potchefstroom. Her innings of 138 steered England towards an imposing total of 315 for six before South Africa were bowled out for 219 in reply as England moved to an unassailable 2-0 series lead.
Beth Morgan has been called up to replace injured quick bowler Katherine Brunt for the remainder of England Women's limited overs series in South Africa. Brunt has suffered a back injury which has ruled her out of the remaining two One-Day Internationals and three Twenty20 Internationals and is set to return home for treatment.
