England have been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during their six-wicket ICC World Twenty20 victory over Sri Lanka in Chittagong.
Captain Stuart Broad was fined 40 per cent of his match fee and his players 20 per cent each after they were deemed to be two overs behind their target.
This is Broad's second fine of the competition after he was docked 15 per cent of his match fee for comments made in the wake of Engand's opening game against New Zealand.
England were ruled to have bowled their overs too slowly as Sri Lanka racked up 189 for four. Alex Hales then blasted a century as England won the game with four balls to spare.
Match referee David Boon imposed the fine on Broad and his team-mates following the match.
