The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced further details of the England Performance Programme's (EPP) tour of India this winter.

The tour begins next month and will see the EPP squad in India alongside the senior team as they take on India in four Tests, two Twenty20 Internationals and five One-Day Internationals.

The EPP squad will play two three-day matches against a DY Patil Academy XI and then two one-day games and a Twenty20 game against the Netherlands.

None of the matches will carry official status and having arrived in India on 19th November, they will depart on 17th December, shortly before the senior side completes its first leg of the tour.

19th November: departure from UK

27th-29th November: three-day game v DY Patil Academy XI, Mumbai
3rd-5th December: three-day game v DY Patil Academy XI, Mumbai

13th December: one-day game v Netherlands, Pune
14th December: one-day game v Netherlnads, Pune

16th December: Twenty20 game v Netherlands, Pune

17th December: return to the UK

The programme, which is also being supported by Chance to Shine and Cricket Australia, is designed to educate children about the Spirit of Cricket and create a legacy for grassroots cricket in England and Australia.
Yorkshire Chairman Colin Graves has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) after an election was held to find a replacement for Dennis Amiss, who is standing down. "The 41 members of the ECB, which comprises the 18 First-Class Counties, 21 County Boards, the MCC and the Minor Counties Cricket Association, have elected Mr Graves as Deputy Chairman until the ECB’s Annual General Meeting in 2016," a statement from the ECB confirmed.
