Sri Lanka fast bowler Shaminda Eranga and left-arm spinner Rangana Herath have been ruled out of the second and final Test in Bangladesh due to injury.
They will both return home ahead of the match, which begins tomorrow (4th February) in Chittagong but Herath will return to play in the Twenty20 International series.
Sri Lanka, who lead the series 1-0 after a crushing innings victory in the opening match in Mirpur, have called up Kushal Perera and Thisara Perera as replacements.
Kushal is an attacking opening batsman and is yet to make his Test debut while Perera is a fast-bowling all-rounder who has played six Tests.
Both will stay in Bangladesh for the series of two Twenty20 Internationals and three One-Day Internationals that follow.
Mahela Jayawardene and Herath have been rested from the ODI squad but are set to play in the Twenty20s.
