Left-arm spinner Ian Fisher and pace bowler Mehraj Ahmed will be leaving New Road at the end of the season after Worcestershire confirmed that they would not be offering the bowlers new contracts.
Fisher, 33, only joined Worcestershire in October 2008 while 20-year-old Mehraj Ahmed is a player who has represented Worcestershire in age-group cricket, but has only played two first-class matches and one One-Day game for the first team.
Fisher joined from Gloucestershire having started his career with Yorkshire back in 1996.
Fisher is the second spinner to be leaving the club after Gareth Batty was signed by Surrey earlier in the year and Mehraj joins fellow fast bowler Simon Jones in not having his contract renewed.
