The return of some of my favorite posters made me create this thread. Who are your 5 most favorite posters in the forum?

Mine are (not in any order) - Sledger, Clobber, W.G., 143no and bondy

Reasons :
 - Their posts improve your knowledge about the game
 - They all have great sense of humour
 - They discuss a topic from different angles (which adds great value for the forum)

I guess Sledge and Clobs will be found almost everywhere, not because they are moderators but because they actually are that good. My idea would be to do it without these two knowing that they hold the top spots.

Bondy has not been posting that often of late I guess.

Anyways my 3-7 are (in no order):

spin wizard, kerm, WG, milkman, NZ fast

There's a lot of top guys around here, some from the past too that would have been fun to still have around like Bondy and Samhache.

Sledger, Clobber, JP, Zuhair, Kerm, Milkman, NZ_Fast, Bladescape, dips etc are all good to read.  Sledger and Milkman gives the most insightful reads around here, Clobber when on form has a nasty sense of humour.  Love Zuhair's spirit for the game and the list goes on.
In troubled times, being philosophical helps a great deal, it helps you to remain sane and not do any further damage.

Spin Wiz and Zuhair are my favourite reads, Sledger is a cheeky ol' fella (not that old!!!) always has something great to add. Bladescape is great too and NZ Fast always has something good to say.
Had a bit of a rivalry with W.G. but he knows what he is talking about and that was my first encounter with the bloke.

I like everybody too, no doubts about that! I must say for a guy like me who is not a cricketer even at club level it is simply great to read the posts of all the members who know a lot more about the game than me, it gives me great knowledge about the game i simply love.

If I were to pick any one member I consider to be the best though then it'll be Spin wizard. I find his posts to be very correct and un biased.

Must say that the level of maturity on these forums is very high unlike other forums where people hardly know a thing about the game but still fight against each other like kids!!! this is the best cricket forum I have come across!

cheers for all the forum members!!!Thumbs%20Up

Mate we have barely any regular Aussie contributors! Too much work for me to do ahaha! I think though that Sledger should get the award for funniest contributor and Zuhair should get the anti-IPL award.

Sledger will take most awards - funny and insightful as well. Clobs and WG wil tie on most sarcastic contributer. Sam for the best Pak supporter from India. Spin Wiz will get it for the most accepted member, mystery for being the mystery he is, Raj for the Biggest Modi Fan and Milks for anyone but India

Haha, good one zuhair.  Sledger will also take the Michael Holding award - sees T20 as nonsense Cricket.

Smile You'll find many such people in IND Zuhair, but only when it comes to cricket. It won't be nice if I discuss this in detail so lets stop it here.

in that 2004 IND-PAK series when IND went to PAK after a very long time I found the pakistani girls to be very attractive and I remember I told my mom "don't you think we should go to pakistan and find a pakistani girl for me mom?" Smile

well, time has gone by and I do have a very nice fiancee by God's grace, a BIG fan of Afridi, she went to kanpur during that IND-PAK series in 2005 just to see Afridi in action and he got a century there! so you see I have my own concerns because of some Pakistani's!!!
