and he doesn't care about the field he will do what he likes when he likes

afridi - 31 of 14 balls ,, very good one , 2 sixes and 3 fours.

Poor fellow ,, once in a while he will be in such a blistering mood ,, it was cut short by a foolish run out.

stop goin on about afridi, u r all bias. He is inconsistent and somewhat selfish with the fashion he plays in. Gilchrist and Symonds (yes they are aussies)  but look at them they can smack it around and get sixes and fours basically at ease but when the team is in trouble they hang around anc can consistently score at 5 and six an over with little risk of losing ther wocket.

Afridi is overated, his average needs to be 10 higher before i can change my opinion

ur kumble, im aussie-shahid afridi look at his strike rate....ok soo what, gilly averages 37 at ODI woth a similar average in about the same amount of games

Afridi is not over-rated. People don't look at him and go..."look, it's the future Sachin Tendulkar," that would be over-rating. People like him because his mission is to hit every ball out of the ground, and when he does that, there is no bowler who can stop him. He is unique because he is such a big hitter, the biggest hitter ever in the history of cricket. Afridi doesn't care about his average, he only cares about sending every ball to the moon.
