Pics 3, 4 &amp; 5 - left knee is bent reducing your height of release. Pics 5 &amp; 6 - head is falling away to the left, u need to keep your head more level and body straighter at release to aid accuracy<img src="http://www.cricketworld.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" align="absmiddle" alt="Smile" /></P>]]>

Work on this and you'll then have no need to try and force pace.]]>
