Last time i went to cricket training sum guy said i had good pace but could bowl faster if i made my jump at the end of the run up smaller. I am reluctant to do this as it may just mess up my technique and i can often get some bounce from the high release of the ball. when you finish running and are about to release the ball...

bend back slightly, jump put your front foot down and then move your back back in normal position as you are releasing the ball.
