I mean when standing I can get it but first i have to get into my bowling stride, hips forward and then move my shoulders back. I end up with decent separation but still can seem to get it when I bowl - even of a couple of steps?

my third question is I crunch to one side as I bowl, now my reasoning for that is my non bowling arm does not stay up long enough. At front foot impact my left arm is by my side - pointing down. Is my crunch why I am not able to keep that arm or vice versa? are there any drills to fix this?

Sorry for the heavy post but i'd love anyone's input no matter how little or insignificant.

thanks,

Braced Leg and Hip Drive : its not nessicerally the speed...

When I try to keep the front leg braced it collapses totally.

Also, How can I improve the speed of my hip drive because at the momont it just lags behind when I bowl, so how can I get it really fast to improve my speed?

Hoping to see a reply soon
Thanks
