Last season i&nbsp;was bowling good pace but i got tired after 3/4 overs due to my lack of fitness. This year i'm in the gym on the bicycle and running machines to improve my general fitness.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I'm also lifting machine weights to bulk up my upper body.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>And finally i do a bit of work on balance, in theory very simple stuff but in practice quite difficult.</DIV>]]>

I'm a leggy so I do weights to bulk up the shoulder and I like to hit the ball hard so a good upper body will do me good.&nbsp;I do cardio stuff too cause it's always good to be able to run fast and take a lot of 3's and not get fatigued that easily.]]>
