I have found that very succesful myself, though i must say the bowlers i face obviously are not quite as accurate as mcgrath and pollock etc. anythings worth a try i guess

But often you get into a rut by being to cautious. He was looking for actual batting methods to counter them, not jus theory.

Attacking the bowler by advancing down the pitch or improvising can often disrupt their line and length, though be careful. The reason for this is because an accurate bowler often bowls the same channels and can be easier to pick than an erratic quick bowler.

Well this thread is just to find out the ways for playing the danger seam bowling especially from a bowler who is perfect with his line and length and can seam the bowl in both ways from a single spot as do shaun , mcgrath and asif do.
So please add ur viewpoints about playing such bowlers.
