Heres an interesting stat, Gareth Hopkins has got out more times than balls faced in ODI. Diamond duck, then golden duck. (1 ball faced, 2 times out), and he was born in the same hospital as me, thats bad reputation.

it reminds me a little of a story a guy told me after a game one day about a former clubmate who had played for Warwickshire in his day. This bloke played 20 innings for the club and made 19 centuries - without ever making more than 105.

(In this example it was more a case of the chap getting himself out after reaching his ton though)

Ya he was crooked but was a treet to watch and was a very very good captain.  He doesnt make my all time favorite list but will certainly earn a place in all time pkaistan team for sure

but it's still amazing. It could be that as he has cut down of pace to focus on accuracy which is not good.
