i think a good idea would be to ask the people who are making your current laver and wood, ask them if they have any reject willow, or kashmir etc and then get them to make a cheaper bat with the same balance as the one your are gonna get soon!!

Yeah, but you want to use something that feels the same as when you're in the middle. i am considering to get a net bat to prolong the life of my other two bats, basically i would be using it in needless nets eg when not having to impress, and also in dodgy wet muddy conditions lol, i am most likely going to get a gm, probably the duellist as the high midlle suits me very well, as it is only going to be a net bat im considering the 808 as that comes with gm now and toetek, and i should be able this get this cheaper than what it costs from the shops, just wondering

is the 808 a good buy in your views?

and i like the maxi aswell as the duellist, which one tends to have the bigger profile in a weight of about 2lb 10?

I've used a GN, a Hunts County (which was rubbish) and a couple of Slazengers.
