Naah, get BOSE or some other headphones (they are just $99+ , real cheap), it wont fall off (jus being sarcastic!).
It won't help you focus on the ball that's being bowled. Cricket is only about the ball --- You watch it, you hit it, nothing else! When you are under pressure, ask yourself : Is this feeling going to help me?

Yea, we all get nerves going out while batting, and **** ourselves on first ball. But would the very adrenaline enhancing drug, music help? I think it might help get rid of my nerves but im not sure if its worth it, i would be able to hear when my partner calls it...
