I'd recommend at least giving it a go, if it's not for you then that's ok. I've found this year that I'm fitter and stronger though, and suffering far fewer niggling injuries (my hamstring and calves used to get tweaked every other week). Whether its due to the pilates I couldn't be certain, but it's something that's worth looking into I'd say.<br>]]>

I'd rather have bowlers doing front squats and deadlifts along with press ups and chin ups to get strong.<br><br>You can never be too strong.<br>]]>

And 'younger' folk generally have pretty decent natural flexability as it is, so i could be wrong but i would see it as something a fast bowler might do from mid twenties on if they were still playing cricket?]]>
