It isn't pre-knocked in, or oiled, you might want to knock the bat in for atleast 6 hours all up (you don't have to do it all at once). Oil it, or buy an extratec sheet. It has nine grains. The bat is just so great! It's got incredible meat, nice pickup, long handle, it's just great. I've managed lots of runs from it this season, very good.

What caught my eye was the absolutely MASSIVE middle these bats seemed to have, I was a bit dubious as to how heavy they might be but thought i'd give them a ring.

After calling to enquire further I found that I was speaking to their directer James who was incredibly helpful and very knowledgable about cricket. He made me a personalised bat that picks up at 2/9 but weighs at 2/12, quite simply this bat is INCREDIBLE!

The blade is perfect with 7 straight unblemished grains whilst the profile is HUGE, I can say with all honesty that I have never owned such a well balanced bat, nor one which is quite so meaty!

I look forward to a long and successful season with my Fusion, I would never go back to anything else!!

Dave

Edited by -JP-
