Let us introduce you do the revolutionary slip catching aid invented and built by Leo Lindsay. The aim is to promote hand to eye coordination with regard to catching a cricket ball, primarily behind the wicket. As you will see in the video clips any number of fielders can practice at the same time. This machine has been tested to receive 90mph bowling, and will not need adjusting once set up.
One obvious advantage is the machine's ability to cater for two sets of slips, left and right hand, simultaneously, depriving waiting catchers of any certainty. Our video will show the ball fizzing around from wicketkeeper to backward point. Check out my new invention & please leave your thoughts |

Can't see any advantage over say 'Crazycatch' to be honest apart from this will last a bit longer. Crazycatch, from my experience, is even more random than what this seems to offer (based on the videos), and for the same price, you can get four crazycatch devices which negates the ability of this equipment to have two slip cordons simultainiously.

Looks similar to the Spry Catcher, by the way checked out your YouTube videos. Found it quite amusing the only person to comment positively goes by the name of "ChapsOut" Edited by tevans - 13 March 2009 at 5:41pm |

Ok, I think i need 2 clear up a few things;-
The Price:- At this moment in time the price is a little 2 high, even though it could last up 2 20+ years if looked after properly. We r in continuous contact with many different suppliers & always strive 2 keep costs down. "The Batsman" its still somewhat in the prototype stage, even though these r small adjustments & tweaks.
The Crazycatch:- Ive had a go with this equipment & honestly there is no comparison with the batsman with respect 2 the random element of where the ball ends up.
Demos:- As ive said before, its hard 2 judge just how quick the balls fly off the edges of the batsman & it recreates a really realistic "in game" feel 2 the training exercises
