Stamina and concentration up today, is about time he gets a 100 after 91 and 93*first Strong rating I have for anything, hoping his batting is about to pop for the first respectable rating for a frontline player.

Hi Robbie - its because he was close to popping in bowling when I purchased him.

But I took a gamble on his consistency being high due to his high BTR and it paid off.....so it was half luck and half to do with assessing the trainee.

He is Australian Robbie but there are far better 17yo spinners than him about.

After this season I will be taking him back to 2 bowling nets to try and level out the bowling and consistency skills.

At the moment 1Xfit 1XField 1Xbat though i'll put a second bat on him once I have the last of my must win matches of the season out of the way. The big decision will be wether to keep training him next season or leave him as my best batsman and train a new youngster from day 1 of next season.

I have another decent wk/bat trainee who requires three nets - and next season I will be getting a new Fast Bowler trainee who will require three nets.Shocked

Plus, I have seen at least two other spinners better than him and others that are getting more nets.Dead

I never set out for him to make it anyway.  I just needed a spinner so I went and bought a trainee spinner.Wink

Its nice that you care though.Big%20smile
