just a point W.G. and I don't really mind if you continue to think other wise but concidering that "all the eggs in one busket"idea (rather impressed- I actually used it to expresse my self in a test the other day!" couldn't you say the same about studying? I mean, I've known any number of guys who gave their all and got nearly nothing in return. Or were you meaning it in terms of "There's no reason why you can't study and play cricket at the same time" ?

 I also have a feeling that I can become a pro. My batting sucks but my bowling is really fast. I'm 14 and on 4 speed guns my speed came at an average of 147.5 km/h.
 
 But the problem is that I don't think my parents will let me become a proDead. What should I do

The problem is I live in Saudi Arabia where the cricket clubs suck and it's hard to play a good game with anyone and I have no Idea when I'll go back to Pak

Thats not true, whatsoever. No 14 year olds could average that speed, it is literally impossible for you. Not even Shoaib could bowl that fast and he is undisputedly the fastest bowler in the world

Hi everyone im new here so hi :)
 
I really love cricket im not very good at it im okay bowler not very good batting but im 14 so i can train alot i have a dream of becoming a pro one day Confused
 
and i think if the people who play for england or west indies for example how did they get there?? self motivation? were they not very good at one stage and they thought im gunna become a pro and they go ahead and do it?
 
but i find it a truly amazing game i love the sport and it would b fantastic to get somewhere even if its not international it would be great to achieve it and play for a team Smile

Undisputed? Where are the facts of that? Lee bowls just as quick and Tait even quicker and they dont take drugs!Wink Maybe once upo a time he was the quickest but i dont believe that he is the quickest anymore....

It doesn't matter how different they are, if you bowl at 147kph you'd be in the Pakistan side, and you're not.
