Cricket World Commonwealth Bank Series Challenge

We're doing this one a little differently, what we want you to try and do is guess who will hit the most sixes, and who will effect the most run outs.

How to play:

You have to pick 2 players from each of the competing teams (Australia, England and New Zealand), one of whom will score points for you every time they score a six, and another one (not the same, and not a wicket-keeper) who will score points every time they effect a run out.

You'll need to include a tie-breaker - guess how many runs will be scored in the final one day game. (Whether that be the second or third one day final.)

You can't pick the same player for each section, and wicket-keepers can't be picked for run outs.

SQUADS:

Australia: R Ponting, M Hayden, A Gilchrist, M Hussey, M Clarke, S Clark, G McGrath, A Symonds, B Lee, N Bracken, B Hogg, M Johnson, C White

England: M Vaughan, A Strauss, E Joyce, A Flintoff, K Pietersen, P Collingwood, I Bell, P Nixon, C Read, M Panesar, J Dalrymple, C Tremlett, S Mahmood, J Lewis, J Anderson, L Plunkett, R Bopara

New Zealand: S Fleming, A Adams, N Astle, S Bond, J Franklin, P Fulton, M Gillespie, B McCullum, C McMillan, H Marshall, M Mason, J Patel, R Taylor, D Vettori

Points system: Dead simple - 1 point per 6, and 1 point per run out.

Enter in the usual way, post a team in the thread, or email / PM me.

Good luck - the winners will receive a cricket book/magazine/DVD/game of their choice.

I'm gonna shoot Symonds if he doesn't make me win this one!

You can't pick the same man for both categories. You can only have Symonds doing one thing, I'm afraid.

Yup, as Pietersen is out for the rest of the series, you're free to change him if you had him originally.
