Now that this year's awards are out of the way, I thought I'd just nominate this for the best quote of the year to come:

an offies toppy backy= leggies backy but shouldnt the leggy backy be the reverse to the offys toppys is that what you meant by the offies toppie backy as the leggie backy?

(from "Coaching and Equipment")

Hey Saad thanks for the special mention in the CW Awards as the most passionate player.

My speech...

[cough, cough]

Coming from an Egyptian-Australia upbringing cricket had never been apart of any of my famlies lives.....blah blah blah..I would like to thank my Mom for discouraging me too watch and play cricket, It gave me more reason to like it more just to tick her off. Thanks to Dad for buying me my box/protector, unfortunately there was never one big enough for me and I used an old Ice cream container. Special thanks also to Mr. Allan Border whom I met at The Airport in Brisbane at the Qantas Club, he gave me no advice whatsoever and I met him after the award announcement but he deserves special mention coz' he has an awards night to in my home town and I wanna get an invite and not have to pay 600 bux.

Thankyou all on forum..kiss kiss hug hug i love u all

So what is it all about??? Once award is decided, its decide and bringing other quotes to the lime light is of no use.

And Saad, i am really concerned about number of entreis you received. How many?

And everyone of you guys, please always participate in such events to make these more attractive. Probably a lil bit more extensive marketing campaign would help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or alternatively a separate topic "Best Quotes" may be initiated, where only best of the quotes are placed. I hope it does not sound crazy. Does it!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, I understand what shan meant now, and it's not a bad idea. I might set one up but you have to PM me nominations and I edit the thread with additions. That way we keep them in one place.

Are we going to have a catergory for the most dedicated winner? We shouldn't because Saad would win every year.

County Sim on extended break until I've got less work and more free time. When I have a specific date, I'll post it in the thread.

Well the first day of the SA vs Aus test took some members about 500 posts to say their going on views

Mentioning the economies, the maidens, the overs, the 4's, the wickets, and ball to ball updates
