Crownmethod's Cricket Sim Season 2!!

Hi, its been a long time since my first season has finished. So I was wondering if any of you guys are still interested in participating in season 2 of my cricket sim? Because Im not going to type everything up and have no one join.

It will be better than last season!!!

Please name an 18 man squad for the coming season as soon as possible. If you don't name it, you'll lose your job as manager and someone else can take over.

The rules are virtually the same with all the other sims on this forum. Each team will be playing every other team TWICE. Once on Wednesday and once on Saturday. That means, each team will play 18 games, which are played over 9 weeks. There will be a points table, if you win, you get 4 points, if you draw you get 2 point, and if you lose you 0 points. Top 4 teams on the ladder qualify for a semifinal spot. 1st plays 4th and 2nd plays 3rd. Teams finishing first and second play home.

If you don't name your starting XI before a game, I will play the same team you played for the previous match. REMEMBER, I will try and find the best replacement, not the worst. When you are playing home, you have to name a pitch condition and a venue. The pitch conditons are EXCELLENT, which is a paradise for batsman. NORMAL, which doesn't really help with anything, and POOR, which is paradise for the bowlers. Or you can pick RANDOM, which will randomly choose a pitch condition. When I name the fixtures, the first country is playing home. For example, if I write Pakistan v India, Pakistan will be playing at home.

I am pretty sure I have explained all the rules. If you don't understand anything, please inform me, and I will try and explain it in better words.

Fixtures will come when everyone has named their squad.

I have clearly mentioned that you have to name 18-man squads. Some people have only named 15 or 16. Those managers who have, have to name their missing players by this coming Friday. If you haven’t named it by then, you will have to stick with the players you have named already for the rest of the season.

Those who have picked which players they want to bowl will not always bowl 10 overs in every match. The players you haven't selected may get a few overs to bowl.

Round 1 matches are played this coming Saturday.

Sri Lanka v South Africa

England v Bangladesh

Australia, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and England are playing at home. So can the managers name the pitch condition you want. EXCELLENT, NORMAL, or POOR, I have explained earlier on what effects the conditions have. Please name the pitch conditions by Saturday.

The first 11 players everyone named for their squads will be taken as their starting 11 for this coming match. If you want to change it, please tell me before Saturday.

Those who want to join the game, you can.  New Zealand, Bangladesh and Canada are left.
