Semi Final 1

Australia v Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka put pressure on the Australians early in the game. At one stage the Australians were 3 for 57. The Australians fought back, with Michael Clarke reaching 3 figures and Michael Hussey with a much needed 57. Australia posted 276 for Sri Lanka to chase. The Sri Lankans nearly got chased the total down, but fell short by just 18 runs.

Australia are into the finals, and will face either South Africa or India. Semi Final 2 is played tommorow.
 
Congratualations to Freddie for taking Sri Lanka this far in the competition. Thank you for taking part in my sim.
 
The final, which is played on Wednesday, has been scheduled to be played in England, at Old Trafford.

anyway to my game, just a bit of history here on this sim. The Indians have never beaten the south africansEmbarrassed. I smell an upsetTongue

Semi Final 2

South Africa v India
In a very tight match, India held their nerve and won the game. They chased down 254 with just 1 wicket to spare.

Australia v India
This match is played at old trafford with a random pitch condition. Managers who want to make any changes to their starting XI, must do so before Tuesday. This match is played on Wednesday. Good luck to both managers.

The Final

Australia v India

Matthew Hayden stepped up at the right moment, scoring a century in the final. He scored 116 of 122 an innings which included eight 4’s and two 6’s. Australia scored a descent total of 281. Rahul Dravid was the only person impressive for the Indians, scoring 73. He didn’t have enough support, and India was bowled out for 223.

I'd make another one, but all everyone who signs up becomes inactive. Example, Freddie and EnglandFan signed up for my sim, and they never name their Starting XI's. Also, some only name their teams once every four rounds. Shows that people lose interest in the game really easily.

This is why I'm not making a third season.
