If i had 3 wishes i would do 3 thing... exile mahmood and harmison, make geraint jones the best keeper in the universe and me the best leg spinner. what a lethal combination!

I was thinking of putting Malinga in my list but it was tough as Steyn is something the world has to look out for, despite Hoggards poor series against Pakistan his previous series against India was superb and Sri Lanka.

Good to see someone taking over the reigns in the RSA attack from the out of form/end of career Pollock. Although will go for more runs than Pollock. |

he is still raw. He cloked 154kmph during recent test series. We have to keep out fingers crossed to see he has an injury free career. We dont want him to do a Shane Bond or a Nuwan Zoysa. Malinga also broke the 150k barrier (150.2k) and he is the second Sri Lankan who have thought to do it. QUIZ: Who is the first?? |

Wrong. He clocked 147.6k at Sharjah, bowling to Saeed Anwar.
Next guess- Prabath Nissanka 148.5k to Sehwag at WC 2003 This is a hard one It is a first class cricketer named Ishara Amarasinghe, who terrified some toring sided with his pace and Bounce. He had stress fractures because of his unorthadox action and now merely a fast medium bowler. |

I was always wondering why English speaking commentators can't pronunce Asian/African names, while Asian / African comentators always can do both. Are they serious or are they malingering? |

Its just that Asian and African countries have more alphabets in their languages so the word are tougher to proniuce. For me Ishara Amarasinge is quite a simple name.
