   I am thinking of some real men score for us, let's play some nice game among ourselves.

I dont know how many might be interested to play this game, hope atleast few members turn up .Let me give it a try.

This may seem complex , but believe me it's not. It's just 3 simple steps(Look at the second post in the topic).

I want 10 members (less than 10 will be ok, but less fun) to own a franchise of their of choice. Each team will be named like Owner's Name and Franchise, for example  Malhotraraj's CSK.

Once the team has been purchased(FCFS-First Come First Serve), then there will be toss for all the matches between team owners.
Toss Process:
Step 1: I would be generating one random number from 1 to 20 for each match and send it to a neutral forum member via PM in complete secracy.
Example: 
Match 1 : Number 5
Match 2 : Number 2
Match 3 : Number 7
Match 4 : Number 11
..
..
..
..
Match 20 : Number 17 
Step 2: Neutral member will safeguard the contents and then would start the toss process and ask all the team owners to post their guess on forum for each of thier matches.(I will provide one Excel table that can be filled in just 2 mins)
For example:
Match 1 is between MI Vs Lions, respective owners will post their guess.
Assume MI owner says 17 and Lions owner says 2, then winner of the toss for match 1 would be Lions owner as his guess is closer to the Predetermined number.If it's a tie , then it will be toss again only for that match one more time.
i.e Each team owner will just provide guess for four of his team's matches i.e only FOUR times at one shot
Step 3: Once all owners have filled in the guess table, winner of Toss  for each match will be decided.
Choosing Team for each match:
Once toss process is complete for all mathes, each team owner is allowed to choose his players.Toss winner chooses first i,e all 11 players at one shot for that match ,  then Toss looser owner chooses from left over players of that match .
Example:
In the above case of Match 1 , Lions owner won the toss for match # 1, so he gets to choose his team first. Lions owner will choose 11 players from (MI & Lions) pool. It's up to him to choose any 11 players but 5 Batsman,5 Bolwer and 1 wk rule will apply. 
Lions owner can choose Sachin Tendulkar and make him play for Lions against MI.There is not limitations but only from (Lion & MI) pool must be adhered to the Match 1 while selection.

List of Batsman,Bowler and WK will be provided soon, so that 5 batsman,5 bowlers and a wk balance is maintained.
Once Lions owner has done his selection of 11 players then MI owner gets to choose his set of 11 players from remaining players from (MI & Lions) pool.
The same will be carried out for each match.This means to say that every match toss winner (Match 1 to Match 20 owner) needs to select his team first, then toss looser chooses his team from left over players.
i.e Each team owner will just provide his list of 11 players for each match i.e only FOUR times at one shot.
Scoring:As every match gets underway, scoring starts as per runs scored by real players on the feild
- Every run counts as a run
- Every wickets counts as 10 run
Winner on runs scored.
Wickets taken by batsman count as runs, and runs scored by bowler also count towards final total.

In case of tie, least wickets, if still tied then number of sixes, if still tied then number of 4's (scored by batsman , byes not considered), if still tied then least extras conceeded.

Rules: 
- Team roster for all the matches should be provided atleast before Sep 5th.
- If selected player is not playing/benched/acts as water boy/injured and out of tournament, only then the respective team owner can name a replacement, deadline for replacement : Just in time before match start.
This replacement  can be just before match start. Note: This facility is not for "out of form" player and who are still selected in playing XI.

So start pruchasing a team (at zero cost ), post your team of choice that you want to own.
