i dont think there is really any such thing as double joined, i herd it was just a myth

there is, google it and find out, i can dislocate and relocate my shoulder socket and it doesent even hurt

I can't see how it would help bowling, if not be a burden! I certainly wouldn't want my shoulder randomly popping during my delivery stride!
