Hi
I play club cricket in South West Englad.

Last Summer, we had a "Professional" at the club from Faisalabad called Imran Ali.

Imran looked supremely talented, but didn't score as many runs as he should of, perhaps averaging only 25 in a modest local league.

From the internet, I can see he has had a great domestic season 2005-2006 in Pakistan's top level of cricket.

Can anyone give me any indication of really how good he is?

Thanks

Faislabad Wolves won that 20:20 international competition i believe they beat the likes of Leciestershire on their way to winning the competition.

So Faislabad Wolves as a team are a very accomplished side. I guess if he makes his way into that side he must be a top class player. As

Incase you haven't already check out the Pakistan Cricket Board's websit you can find out more about the Wolves on there:

Many reasons can be put forward as to why he didn't perform. Pakistani batsmen tend to struggle in English conditions especially if its their first time in the UK. He may have also found it difficult to live in the UK.

Are you completely sure that the guy you had was the real Imran Ali i wouldn't be too surprised if you got an imposter
