I lost my first friendly by 209 runs when I elected to bowl first on a crumbling wicket, not my greatest ever plan.

Oh and why can't we post up squads JP, it might help rubbish people like me if people had a look at my squad, as in the bt thread, I know we're all fairly new but some people may ahve more of an idea than others.

Yeah, the games are disorganised, when apparantly in one area of england my no.6 is batting, and in lacashire he is bowling out dan lions ;)

the games also happen too quicly, and there are no nets, eg like battrick, but the hgood thing about this compared to battrick, is stuff you get for free that in battrick you need to be a member for, eg commentry saving, but i spose, they can only improve

yeah but from the outset Battrick has an advantage. Battricks layout is easier to follow and also is more pleasing to the eye.

yeah I much prefer the way bt is set out, there's so many stats on this for each player that apply to the way they play all in one table that it's hard to sort everyone out.

Oh and nice to see your in SL as well wolves, we might end up playing each other one day.

It doesn't compare to battrick. It's messy, complicated and too much too learn. What I like about Battrick is that Allan and his team are slowly adding changes with growing demand- but still have the basic infrastructure that cannot be copied.

I may get into this once I have more time, but it is always difficult being in the first season of a game, feeling like a guinea-pig without previous knowledge to draw upon.

my youth team did me proud today recording their first win of the season, by 29 runs, no.3 batsman got 79, and the captain at 6 got 69, so....theres potential, but as my youth team has only 12 players, only one can be promoted:(

Well I've had a terrible start to my career as manager, I lost my youth one day game by more than 100 runs, with my rubbish wicket keeper scoring most of them, I think my youth team must be one of the worst looking at it compared to you guys youth teams.

In reply they managed 254-2.
