Can one of our Indian friends tell me which is the correct way to spell his first name.
Is it Sourav, or Saurav? I've seen it as both all over the place, it's confusing me. |

If you are talking about Ganguly then it is Sourav. But you can write it as Saurav. It depends which part of India you belong to. In bengal they will write it as Sourav

OK, so what should I write it as when I'm writing the reports for Cricket World?
Sourav or Saurav? Bear in mind that, as yet, we don't have separate pages for different regions of India. |

It says on Wikipedia that his name is Sourav and only occasionally spelt as Saurav, so I think Sourav is the right way to put it.

I go with Sourav, I've seen Sourav many times on articles, news, etc.
