I was only kidding, daisy. It just seems to be the trend these days for teams to sack their captains after making early tournament exits. Or for the captains to resign.

the thing is that the Windies have just won an ODI series under a different captain, and looked to be really enjoying themselves as they did so, it is inevitable that questions will be asked

Although I don't like to blame captains for a team loss, Sarwan was really no good against SA in regards to the captaincy!!

That's great to know that you were kidding. Only a brainless person would actually suggest such a thing. Sacking captains reflect the kind of selectors that we have these days. Hint hint : Windies selectors...all brain dead!Confused

Well that's just one series and it was a short series as well. Anyway that's the thing about the windies team....they may win one or two matches and then all of a sudden everything just turns upsided down for them. It's not the captain's fault. After all cricket is a team game not an individual game. If the team loses a match it's the team's fault NOT the captain's fault. I'm sure when the team wins a match the captain is not the one who gets all the praise so why then should a captain be sacked if the team loses some games? the west indies problems (one of them anyway ) is inconsistancy.

I hope Bang send a gift to F. Edwards because the season for giving has come very early this year.

.....South Africa should also repay the windies for all the extras that the windies gave to them! It's the bowling that killed the windies against South Africa. They could have probably made more runs but I mean it was not a bad total, they just could not defend it. Yes that's good to know that you are not in a bad mood. You know how I feel about the windies. They are a waste of time. I used to look forward to seeing my darling bat but he's not there anymore so there's nothing left on the windies team for me anymore.

I would agree with what you said about how Bangladesh totally outclassed the West Indies but I can't because the west indies does not have any class! Confused

Don't worry Daisy, it's a matter of time before they start back on good tracks. Powell's bowling of late will do very well in test cricket. Bangladesh won't handle him well in that version on a Sabina Park pitch. Remember, anything can happen in 2020 but I do agree that the Windies played poorly in the tournament in regards to fielding and bowling.

Oh spin I'm not worried one bit! I don't care about that windies team. I used to support them when Lara was playing but there's nobody on that team that I really like watching bat. You know the team I am supporting to win the 2020 world cup anyway. Too bad they had a bad day today.

Haha, definitely not today! Bangladesh should have played the way they did yesterday. They were already favourites to lose so they had nothing to lose really. And by the way, that's why I love playing with underdogs.

Bang can only upset West indies and after that it's poor cricket big time.

You know Bang is a developing team because they are going forward but look at the windies...they are just rubbish!

There problem are getting worst each day because they don't want to select me and Spinny. Me and Spinny can easily put West Indies back into the top 3 list.

Well at this point it's worth a try picking you and Spin! I mean it's not like if the windies can get any worse so you all can only cause the team to go forward or if things don't work out so well they will remain in their same position but it's not like if they can get worse. But seriously the west indies really needs a good spinner.
