That's a brave, but potentially brilliant call - no man is in better limited overs form than him at the moment.

I'd have thought mobility in the field is crucial - Rob Key's slower than I am!

Mustard has many supporters and does clear the ropes and having another keeper might be a good idea......

They say it's not a game for them, the oldies.

So nice to hear Cricketworld giving radio commentary and Jp will be on Air.
It should be a bonus to me because i do believed that my stupid Tv station ain't showing the 20/20 worldcup, not in the Tv guide.

Australia well beaten by SA yesterday - their bowling looked particularly innocuous. Smith impressed , as did de Villiers - the pitch was a batsman's dream.
Nice gesture after the game , the sides showed an almost sellout crowd a bowl off. The sides were level after the 6 bowlers had finished and SA won in extra time!  If this comes to fruitition in this event we're going to see some nervy players !
Australia won't be panicking , but they did take it seriously - they didn't want to lose this one.

Good to see Mascarenhas and Anderson called up to the squad.

Still no Bell though, considering his recent form he may have been a good inclusion.

Yeah a great performance by De Villiers and Smith brought it home for SA. I think SA has a very, very good chance at winning this thing.

Just looking at the TV schedules for the next week and the only mention of the Twenty20 is on Sky sports! Not even a limited highlights package on terrestrial...

Looks like I'm going to have to camp out round my bro's house as he has Sky...

Don't I know it! Big%20smile

Its just getting clearance from the other half to spend that much time in a pub, she's coming round slowly. Even asked me to turn the cricket back on to the radio when I went out the other day (but then she was trying to sleep?)

Tell me about it. I'm pretty much camped on my sofa for the next 2 weeks. Big%20smile I wouldn't be able to do that if I had a girlfriend. The lasses in my area wouldn't stand for it.Ouch

I'll sort a job and a girlfriend out once this is over.

First match scheduled for Newlands today - just glad it wasn't yesterday!  Watching SA/Windies at Wanderers in perfect conditions whilst it was bucketing down here in Cape Town!  It never let up for the duration of the game , but stopped around midnight.
It's clear this morning and should be fine for the 6pm start of Aus/Zim.

Australia have played Gilly as a specialiast batsman with Haddin in to keep. Odd. Leaving no place for Hogg or Clarke.

Hayden out 2nd ball for 4!

looks like the rain might be the winner in the end, handing victory to the Australians - although they were going on to win anyway without weather assistance
