He was a batsman and could bowl a bit!!! Rather used to bowl a lot in one day games. He was from Pakistan. ANd it is not Afridi

It can't be Razzaq as he has a highest score around 110 or something. and bondy I never said Pollock is not an allrounder if you read my whole post. I was just repeating garrywarne's words instead of quoting it.
Hmm, it's becoming rather hard. Let's see. How old is he now. Did he used to play in 90's.

Ranadep Bose (indian first class bowler) has never overstepped in his entire career. Here's his stats, just to conform that he has played a significant amount of matches to make the above stat worthy.

but it's still amazing. It could be that as he has cut down of pace to focus on accuracy which is not good. Many bowlers are now following Mcgrath but he was totally different bowler and wasn't so slow afterall.

Kallis has more sixes than Jayasuriya in Test cricket. That is what I found very interesting.

it might have helped if he had at least specified that it was ODI's he was referring to since serious cricket fans would always assume it was Tests being discussed

it reminds me a little of a story a guy told me after a game one day about a former clubmate who had played for Warwickshire in his day. This bloke played 20 innings for the club and made 19 centuries - without ever making more than 105.

(In this example it was more a case of the chap getting himself out after reaching his ton though)

Heres an interesting stat, Gareth Hopkins has got out more times than balls faced in ODI. Diamond duck, then golden duck. (1 ball faced, 2 times out), and he was born in the same hospital as me, thats bad reputation.

I think Rawl Lewis has the worst bowling average in test cricket - can't remember how much it is at the moment.
