I would say Lara is the onli man to score above 400 and he has scored massive hundreds against almost every team especially england and the aussies

He's not the only man to score 400+, but he's the only one of those players to have done so.

Out of those batsman, I would say that Tendulkar is the only man that is as good as Lara.

Please tell me the other batsman who scored 400 runs in test cricket.If you are talking about first class then Lara is the man who scored 500 runs in first class cricket.Sachin although has the same class but unfortunately could not score even 300 runs in first class

No-one has in Tests, but a few have in first class - Bradman, Hanif Mohammad, Ponsford to name a few. Lara is the only man to have scored 500 in First class cricket.

On current form, I would say that Hayden is the best out of them. Inzamam is also doing good...except his back pain is becoming a problem.

but lara is the man. i consider him as one of the best players in test crickets. i think it is one of the great achievements of a bowler to get him out on test coz if u dont get him he is going to make tons .

True! Lara is one of the best Test batsman ever to grace cricket.

But if we're discussing who is the greatest left-handed batsman ever, there can be a hot debate.
