i dont think he should open as malik is doing good at the moment and butt is a quality opener. kamran is good aswell and has a good strike rate but i think he should come later on

Kamran Akmal should continue opening in ODIs because he did well against England so they've got to give him a chance against India.

In tests, Malik should remain...for now.

butt and akmal should open in odi's and for tests butt and either yaseer hameed or imran farhat and maybe shoaib malik but i think malik should be batting down the order good all rounder at the moment i reckon hameed and butt open and im hoping mohammad hafeez gets back into the test squad because he averages over 40

Butt and Akmal is ODIs. They play fairly fast and Akmal has proved himself worthy. Butt is already worthy.

Malik and Butt in Tests. The key opener is Butt.

kamran did very well playing so late today and i dont think if he opens butt or malik could do that so i think he should remain lower in testes

Yea, I agree. Akmal and Afridi batting lower down the order in Tests can do a whole lot of damage. They should that on the second day of the first test between India and Pakistan. Both hitting centuries off around 80 balls.

You are missing a fast bowler from the test side, too many batsmen and 3 spinnners?? You brought in Yasser Hameed to replace Malik in the openers roll but you still kept malik in and dropped your medium-Fast bowling all rounder Abdul Razzaq?? Why? Afridi is okay in the 2nd spinners role after Kaneria, then you open the bowling with Akhtar and Rana, Razzaq 1st change and Kaneria and Afridi after that.

See you later Gilly! Thanks for the memories!

i only put razzaq out because he's injury if he wasnt injured i'd have malik out razzaq in malik's 59 against india wasnt all that convincing to me  sami out of form umar gul has good averages in both forms of the game

Hopefully he will be because his bowling and batting are both very useful.

Razzaq is a useful batsman lower down the order but his bowling is not as good as it used to be.

Yea, but that's because he comes lower down the order and doesn't have enough time to get set at the crease. He has to come in and has to right away start smacking the other team all over the ground, and in doing that he risks his wicket.
