I would like to see what people think ahead of this key series. There will be many great performances, but I have ruled out Kallis from this poll as he is missing at least one game, and seeing as I can only have 5 options I chose the four players I thought would be most influential. Please agree to disagree!
JH Kallis is the only player in history to have 8000 runs, 200 wickets and 100 catches in BOTH forms of the game. Only Sobers (tests) and Jayasuriya (one dayers) have achieved half that feat.

I think it'll be Graeme Smith because he had a war of words with Warne earlier on and I think that he will be very aggresssive and he will perform very well throughout the series.

If he continues like this, yes, he probably will be.

Warne had an excellent match at an unusually spin friendly WACA, Smith unlikely to get man of the series because he didnt score eniugh runs at Perth, Man of the Series usually goes to a consistent player throughout the series, its only 3 tests so he is unlikely to get it.

Ok, I think that Ricky Ponting will be Man of the Series, he has been great in this series.
