I am interested to see people's opinions of man-of-the-series when so
many players have performed. I'd have to go with Irvan Pathan, as he
really has proved to be a valuable allrounder. Especially in the first match!
My two favourite Batsmen:
Jacques Kallis is a very solid but destructive batsmen and not to mention he can bowl as well.
I also like Michael Clarke for his amazing batting talent at such a young age

I've gone for Dravid as he has really led by example, got runs and captained with assurance - if you'd been away from cricket for 3 months you would have no idea of the furore surrounding Ganguly/Dravid/Chappell and that is testament to the way Dravid has got his team playing and how he is leading them.

I do have to agree with you that under the pressure Dravid played well,
but due to how they actually played on the field, I believe Pathan was the
better player.

well, dhoni should be in your poll because he is man of the series and i believe he deserved to be man of the series.

Well you're right saadadvanced. I forgot all about Dhoni - and in the end
he got man-of-the-series.
