An attacking opening batsman and England are surely missing his services at the moment and will do for the future. He was successful in both form of the game as an opener despite his lack of footworks.

stress related problems gave him trouble with international cricket but nevertheless, he should be remembered as an exciting player to watch. Farewell kido!

It was all but certain that he wouldn't play for England again I think, but all the same his services will be missed. His record is outstanding for both forms of the game given his attacking nature as an opener.

I admire him for not hiding behind his illness and sharing it with the cricketing world. I'd like to think that other's who suffer from similar imbalance would do the same.

Cheers for the memories!
Good one Graham!

Thanks Tres for some wonderful knocks. It was a joy to watch him when he was in full flow. I always loved to watch him because of carefree style of batting and some of his knocks are still fresh in my memory. Lovely cricketer and gentleman.

Thanks for the memories Marucs, hope you recover from your illness soon.

Can't say i was massive Tresco fan, but his pretty impressive record speaks for itself.....if only he moved his feet a little more.
