Did you also know that the London 7/7 bombers never made the train in Luton because that particular train was cancelled, hence they could not have made london in the time spam. The Truth is out there, if you can be bothered to take the time out and look for yourself.

There are two sayings that comes to my mind every time when world is trying to get rid of terrorists, these sayings are about some 3000 years old , one says which is the last option against evil forces “Dandam Dasha Gunam Bhaveth” – One stick imparts ten virtuous qualities. This is something like try all other options try to explain, dialogue etc etc etc and if nothing works in the end , then it's the punishment that works best for the beasts.
The second one I don't exaclty remember the quote in Sanskrit , but its meaning is like "To remove a thorn you need anothor thorn". How true it is.
No wonder these are the last options as a route for cure, but this is what has happened to our world. These terrorist organisations will never realise what they are , they are like "Koopa Manduka", means a frog in the well , they will never know what they are doing is wrong , keep killing thousands without putting a face.
Though retaliation is the last option , but you need firm steps aganist these terrorist organisations who do all the hide and seek and attack from behind. Try to gather sympathy.

Though I'll give it some time , allow things to settle down a bit before posting on this thread. There has , not surprisingly, been a surge of conspiracy theories and hypothesis running around leading to the death , understandably most of them emanating from Pakistan, their ppl and their media ( the same media that audaciously blamed India for the attack on the SL cricketers, for the record I do not think highly of the Indian media either). Quite a few takers for these stories too, I read, that believe the whole thing was merely an eyewash, a hoodwink, nothing but a beautifully constructed Big Fat Lie. I respect everyones right to have his/her own opinion, but i find that hard to buy (Mind you, This Not the prejudise views of an Indian). I've been following the events for the past few days and have found reasons to believe the authenticity of the story.
Yes this isn't the first we've heard of Osama's death, but this be the first time any US president has made an official annoucement claiming reponsibility for his death. No big fan of his, But Obama would've to be really naive or stupid to lay his career and reputation on the line based on a bluff, a fable story. I highly doubt that. Such stories would never stick forever esp a news of such gargantuan proportion . Could you imagine what be of him in the eventuality of his hoax falling apart. The people and the media would rip right into him. Realize that all Osama or Al-Queda had to do was to release a video, to prove the contrary and leave the Americans and their government in tatters. Instead they gone on to acknowledge his death and have vowed to strike back. But what really dispelled any doubts over the legitimacy was none other than the official statements made by some of the top honchos of the Pakistan government and Army institutes viz. their President, PM, their foreign secretary, their Army chief to name a notable few. I mean, these are the ppl who utimately are gonna be at fault for this shame. Those are the shoulders where the blames will finally rest. And all of them literally acknowledges the story as bone fide and goes on to lament the collective intelligence failures of Pakistan and the world by large, and have asked everyone to stop suspecting and blaming them as they too are the 'victims' over here. These be the men who are closest to the ground realities than any of us or the "media". If they had suspect anything fishy or the slightlest semblance of any deciet they would have gone up in arms and vehemently denied and cried foul (from the past we know they good at taht) to save their behinds. None of them have patronaged to any such wild conspiracy theories. In the aftermath of all this the ISI chief is said to be considering resignation his post for such an intelligence fuax pas . That should clearly explain whether they horbour any thoughts of foul play. News is that Osama's Yemeni wife, who is in the captive of the Pakistan authorities, has told the Pakistan interrogators that they've(Osama and family) been living there for the past five years. If all of these fail to convince you I'm afraid nothing will. For the past few days realization has struck many within the media and the citizen of Pakistan have come out of their denial state and are now angered with the happenings while sadly many others have also held rallies patronizing Osama as some martyr. I've said none of this with any malicious intentions. I clearly do not wish to put the boot into anyone over here, or get into a slanging match with my Pakistani friends. I strongly believe this unfortunate episode that had occured in your country shouldn't put any of you in a poor light. The commoner from Pakistan or India should never be put to shame cos a few morons, at the helm of their countries, continue to botch up, time and again. |

Forgive me my friends, but I can't help get the feeling that those view are slightly myopic. You tend to see only what you want to , believe exactly what you wish to and understand whatever suit you.
I do not intend to debate on this , I've taken that route many times and everytime it hits a dead end.
You come across as sensible ppl so I'll say this much and wind up...
The truth sometimes does hurts and ppl tend get self-delusional and are quick to blame others for their woes. Blame is a lazy man's wages, unless your God or a small child.

Raj, where many money lies, it's very easy to turn a man into a beast! Basically, what i'm trying to say is, you can't put anything past anyone. The Americans maybe on a hoax or they maybe correct. All I do know is that America has their agenda and that's very clear for anyone to see. I don't like terrorists, what they're doing so if they are weeding them out, then good but I don't think it's just that alone.

I'm with you on that spin wizard, I ain't under the false notion that the Americaans are saints or the saviours of the planet. They do have their own crooked agendas and I resent to most/some of them . I mean Iraq, Vietnam, Afganisthan... They learn nothing from history and they don't intend to. They nothing but a highly pompous, pretencious, narcissistic bunch and don't give a tiny rat's bottom to the rest of the world. But at the same I'm also under no illusion that Osama's just an innocent bait being framed, or the US behind the 9/11 attacks (contrary to the what many may postulate) and all that being a pretext to carry out their false propganda's. I don't know any of their other agendas to be in Pakistan other than clean up their mess. Either way I think if the Pakistan authorities can't get their own house in order on their own (They like to believe that anytime something goes wrong their has to be someone else to blame, just couldn't feasibly be of their own making) this can't be bad not only for them but also for their neighbour's who too may have to bear the brunt of their neglegence at times. Yes their neighbour's too aren't far behind in neglegent scoffers and fools at the top. And like always they just not ready to accept to the possibily of Osama being found in their own backyard, and has been harbouring their for quite a while. Instead they like to believe the notions that suit their liking. Not Surprised am I , but Sorry I am!! Edited by vote4peace - 10 May 2011 at 8:39am |

I can see where you are coming from V4P. All i'll just finish off with is that this story is very fishy. Even the Iranians have another story, about America trying to distract the world from their current economic position etc and that they had reliable information that Osama died sometime ago from some illness. |

Not many others Dear. Only a banned outfit Jamat-ut-dawah hold a rally in favor of Osama. Yup citizens of Pakistan are confused about the realities because our government never try to tell their clear policy to us. They are just busy in collecting money for them. Some people are saying that America is fighting against terrorism. Oh really Please for God sake America has their own agendas and history is approving it. First they created this manic (Al-Queada and Usama bin laden) and used them against USSR in 1980's war and now they are fighting against them. Haha what a joke. In between we suffered that time by Making Russia as one of our enemy and we are suffering even now and this war has created so much confusions and divisions in our public But America and our Government is not interested to remove those confusions from our mind. Zuhair i think we need a good leader Like Quaid- e-Azam who can unite us, who can convey our questions to America, who can remove our confusions, who can make us proud to be Pakistanis. Meanwhile A backlash has been started. Twin blasts in Peshawar and Charsada have killed 70 innocent citizens and wounded at least 100 people. Now Guys tell me who is suffering more from this War, Pakistanis or America. America always say that they will never forget 9/11 then what about the killings of 1000's of our people, how can we forget it. We live here, we know more about the ground realities. International media just try to convey their side of the story to their Public. there many CIA operators here in Pakistan. Big example is Raymond davis. he killed our 3 citizens without any reason. Mr John kerry specially came here for his release. if they give such importance to their citizens even if they are culprit how can we tolerate drone attacks in Pakistan in which many innocent citizens have been killed and 1 sided US raids in Pakistan. If they want cooperation from us and want to finish the anger of Pakistani public against them, first they have to finish this discrimination.

Huge attack in Pakistan, that's a lot of people killed. Word is the talibans have said it's a retaliation against the pakistani's for their poor works in the Bin Laden fiasco.
Well, as far as we are told, the Pakistani's and American created the talibans - look how things comeback to haunt you. What you sow, you reap! Sad to say, that's the harsh reality! I wish these things would stop but it doesn't seem like it's ever going to end.

For the second Sunday in a row, network programming was interrupted for a news flash on May 9th. President Obama appeared on all major networks and cable TV to announce that Elvis Presley had been found alive and well in First reports state that Presley was found right in the middle of Evidently, Mr. Presley was found living in luxurious conditions with several seventy-five year old groupies of mixed national origin.
