For the same reason that all other foul language is censored.

Attempts at circumventing the swear filter do not go down well either.

"Boll ocks" is a word of Anglo Saxon origin, meaning testicles in British English and in Hiberno-English. The word is often used figuratively, most commonly as a noun to mean "nonsense" or as an expletive following a minor accident or misfortune, but also in a number of other ways: as an adjective to mean "poor quality" or "useless", as a noun to mean "top quality" or "perfection" (e.g., "That bike is the dog's boll ocks!"), and in various compound expressions (see below). Owing to its versatility, boll ocks has been called the Swiss Army knife of andrological profanities, in that it is the most versatile word in the English language.

I used in the sense of "useless"

how many times do you need to use it after I've advised against it? Next one who does so is gone.

Well I was querying and also responding to bondy! if it's not allowed that's it! I am not going to use it

by the way the word is filtered in the url also. How are we going to display a url without having this problem?

Getting back on to the topic, Hayden is in ominous form and I smell another century against NZ.

Has anyone seen a player of the tournament points table anywhere? I just read that Mcgrath is on 12 points leading the tournament by 2 points from Styris yet they didn't display a table......

Actually what I saw it was McGrath leading with 15 points with Styris 2nd at 9, and Kallis at 3rd. Pure ****py table that allows McGrath over Styris and Kallis and Hayden for that matter!

I meant a official table that we can access online somewhere, not one that you saw on tv done by commentators.

Why will Hayden get it? Your bias is unbelievable. I think Kallis deserves it, he has had an amazing touranment and has done more for SA than Hayden has done for Australia.

If your going to pick a player ahead of another because they're in an unbeaten team then your going to have to rub your eyes.

Firstly it does not depend on statisitcs, but the way in which runs and wickets were scored and taken. It also depends on the situation in which they were scored and taken. Kallis has been in an inconsistent side, but has played consistently. I'm not saying Hayden hasn't but it is harder when your in a losing side.

Hayden has played around some in-form batsman for the entire tournament and has hardly needed to break a sweat. Kallis on the other hand has had some close matches, some tricky situations to deal with.

Kallis has also bowled well and has taken wickets at a good average. He has therefore contributed more to his teams success.

In my opinion Kallis deserves it, or Styris for that matter.

how often do man of the match awards go to a player on the losing team?

hayden starts the game, sets the tone, kallis has done well but I don't think he has contributed any more to his team than hayden.

Steady on lads , you can argue until the cows come home and it's still just your own opinions.
Personally I don't give a rat's bum about man of the match/series awards , cricket is a team game.

it not about who "deserves" it the most its how many runs they score!
hayden is  just behind kallis and if Aus beat sa in the semis hayden will have another match when kallis won't.

Well i think it is probably safe to say that it will be one of the following:

Kallis, Hayden, Styris, Murali, McGrath. In my opinion these guys have done enough so far to make them true candidates.

It would have to take something really special from the likes of Smith, Ponting, bond, Vaas, Jaya, etc.. to trouble these guys and i dont see that happening.

I suppose not Sledge. I would much rather be holding the WC than some bloody stupid trophy thats for sure. I guess its just interesting to hear different ideas and opinions on these kind of things. I have always been intrigued at how others look at this great game.

Are you smoking cornflakes?

It IS about who deserves it the most. It is NOT about who scores the most runs or takes the most wicket. Tendulkar in 2003 was an exception - he scored the most runs but definetly deserved the award. In 1999, Klusener didn't score the most runs or take the most wickets, but with the amount of matches he almost single-handedly won, who can argue that he deserved the award? In 1996, Jayasuriya was way off being the top run scorer, but again the impact he had on the the games he played in and the effect he had on the results fully warranted his award.

I'll say Mohammad Yousuf for his exceptional swing and pace bowling and astonishing average...

0.1 overs
1 wicket

Average: 0.00

Beat that! LOL

Your unbelievable Ricky Ponting..you only ever credit Australian cricketers, no one else, no other player.

Pop your bubble and walk out of it. You may find that there are other talented cricketers other than Australians.
