Would it be possible for us to put images in our signatures aswell as having written signatures too?

Possible, but we don't have it, for three reasons:

1) You already have avatars
2) There's no way to standardise everyone's pictures so they're the same size
3) The avatars mean that posts are already quite tall as it is, more pictures just make them even bigger and unwieldy.

I agree we don't need pictures in signatures - imo the avatars are a far better option.
