Any views on this shocking decison?

County Sim on extended break until I've got less work and more free time. When I have a specific date, I'll post it in the thread.

shocking is a strong word, after all, its not like its a decent player or anything.

It may have something to do with the Chris Adams issue or Boycott maybe. He is difficult to get along with.

This was last week wasn't it?

Although he says it is not financially motivated, that will be somewhere at the heart of it, and he probably still carries a grievance over losing the captaincy a couple of years back.

Yeah it was but I only just heard about it.

And 70DS I rate McGrath as a decent player, after all he's been at Yorkshire for years.

you have to assume he has a fair idea of what his next stop will be considering this row has been rumbling on for ages

to be fair, the way things are going signing ANYONE would be a boost! All we've seen thus far is players heading out the door. Although if I had a choice between McGrath or Jim Allenby getting a run in the team I'd plump for the latter.
