hai friends FLASH NEWS............ Jamaican TV from informed sources have confirmed that three Bangladeshi players have tested positive in the dopping test conducted by ICC. The report will be made published by ICC very soon. As per world cup rules, if a player is tested positive on dopping test, the entire team will be banned. So Bangladesh team is certainly to be banned from the world Cup and since India is the next team in the group, will be qualified to plat the Super 8. This is hard to believe. First time I am hearing this news. I don't think it will happen though because we are already in the super8 part of the tournament and India is already home, if they were to participate in the world cup then they will have to fly back to the west indies and then you have to consider all the matches that they would have missed in this part of the tournament so far. I have to say what you are saying does not make much sense and it is kind of unbelievable. ------------- |

You can't ban a team because three players are positive for doping. That is not in the ICC's rule book. Poor attempt at an April Fool's Day Joke. ------------- JH Kallis is the only player in history to have 8000 runs, 200 wickets and 100 catches in BOTH forms of the game. Only Sobers (tests) and Jayasuriya (one dayers) have achieved half that feat. |
