Why do you want to clean them off, they do not harm the bat?

Anyway, do you have a plastic sheet on your bat or is it just plain wood?

If you have a sheet on you can jusyt get a damp cloth(not too wet) and just wipe them off. Then dry the bat.

If just wood then i am not sure how to clean  it properly.

A well knocked in bat with some marks and dents in it looks good imo

Lightly sanding the bat will get rid of the marks
